BalthasarNext door

Josefshaus Olpe is a curative education home for children and young people in the immediate vicinity of the Balthasar children's and youth hospice. A total of 180 children, adolescents and young adults live at Josefshaus. Two residential groups are specialised for young people, some of whom have severe disabilities.

As part of BalthasarNebenan, employees from the Balthasar children's and young people's hospice support their colleagues at Josefshaus in providing the best possible care for children and young people with disabilities. The regular exchange helps to continuously improve the care of seriously ill young people.

Since summer 2021, Josefshaus and "Balthasar" have also had a special joint project: three alpacas, which bring great joy to the children and young people.
