Donor loan

A donor loan is a classic loan. As a lender, you provide the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice Foundation with a sum of money (from 5,000 euros) interest-free. The foundation in turn invests this money and uses only the interest earned from the investment of the loan amount for the realisation of its statutory purposes. We can work with the interest income and support the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice in its daily work. You remain the owner of the capital granted and the full amount of the loan is available to you again at the end of the contract.

The advantage for you:

• In contrast to a donation or endowment, you do not transfer the sum of money permanently.
• Reserves for unforeseen events in old age are retained.
• The income generated does not accrue to you, but to the charitable foundation. You therefore do not have to pay withholding tax on capital income for the interest earned.
• You will receive a full refund of the amount provided in the event of cancellation or expiry, but you can also easily convert it into an endowment or transfer it to us in the event of your death.
