Conditions of participation
Here you will find the conditions of participation for attending a seminar at the Balthasar Academy. Binding registration can be made

You will receive a confirmation of enrolment upon receipt of your registration. If the seminar is already fully booked, we will contact you and put you on a waiting list. The registration deadline is four weeks before the start of the seminar.
If you have registered for a paid seminar, you will receive an invoice with the confirmation of the seminar date. The fee must be transferred to the specified account by the due date.
Cancellation of your binding registration is only possible in writing. If no other person can take your place, a processing fee of 10% of the seminar fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made 10 days or less before the start of the seminar, 80% of the seminar fee must be paid. No refund will be made without written cancellation.
